Lantern Parade Fiery Finale moves to Jolly Fields

As a result of the recent floods, Riverside Park, home of the Lismore Lantern Parade's Fiery Finale, the organisers have had to re locate the Finale performance and the parade route.

Subject to approval from the RTA, the parade will assemble at the Rowing Club, at the river end of Magellan Street, travel along Magellan Street, turn left along Keen Street and then down Woodlark Street, across Dawson Street into Uralba Street and through the Ceremonial Gates into the Jolly Playing Fields.

There are three gateways into the performance space, including one close to Lismore Square.

Please note that as the new site is now very FLAT, in order to ensure that everyone gets a good view we will divide the space into -

• sitting area - bring a rug/tarp to sit on
• Chairs - bring your own camping chair
• Standing - comfy shoes advised here.
